GROUP HOMES
This residential option provides a
home-like sitting for six residents, 18 years of age or older.
The group home provides supervision,
training, and skill development opportunities designed to lead to
increased independence. Group homes also provide transportation to
and from work for residents who are employed. Group homes services
are funded through funds as well as the Home and Community-Based
Wavier (HCBW).
DUNCAN
GROUP HOMES also provides services through the Home and Based
Waivered Services.
This includes In Home Supports and Daily Living Supports, depending
on each individual’s needs and plan of care.
ASSISTED LIVING
This residential option is offered to those individuals who have
achieved significant independence.
They are able to prepare a meal unsupervised, demonstrate
appropriate emergency procedures, demonstrate home safety,
self-administer medications, have reasonable understanding of
financial management. We provide the supports necessary to maintain
the independence, and develop higher levels of independence when
appropriate.
